Terms of Service

1. Who we are. Klipdash is a service of Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd ("Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd", "Pypkar", "we", "us"), a private company registered in South Africa. By purchasing or using Klipdash you ("you", "customer") agree to these Terms.

2. What we provide. AI-augmented short-form video production ("Reels"). Deliverables, quantities, and turnaround are described on the product/pricing pages and confirmed at checkout. Standard Starter delivery is 10 Reels within 7 calendar days of an approved brief. Retainer plans deliver 10 Reels per monthly billing cycle.

3. Brief and inputs. You agree to provide brand assets, product information, and any required scripts or talent footage promptly. Delivery timelines start when we have what we need to begin. We may pause timelines if inputs are missing or unclear.

4. Revisions. Starter includes 1 revision round; Retainer includes 2 per batch. "Revision" means adjustments within the original brief scope (copy tweaks, cut tweaks, caption fixes). Major scope changes (new script, new product, new presenter) are a new project.

5. Ownership and licensing. Once payment clears and final deliverables are accepted, you receive full, royalty-free, worldwide commercial rights to the delivered Reels. Pypkar retains the right to use anonymized portfolio excerpts for marketing unless you opt out in writing.

6. Payment. All payments are processed by Paddle.com (our merchant of record). Prices are in USD and inclusive of any applicable sales tax that Paddle is responsible for collecting. Retainer subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

7. Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use. You confirm you have rights to all inputs you provide (brand, product, talent likeness) and that the use case is lawful. We may refuse projects involving gambling, adult content, regulated finance schemes, medical claims, hate speech, or anything we reasonably consider harmful or in breach of platform rules.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pypkar's total liability arising out of any order is capped at the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost ad revenue, lost sales, lost data).

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept them.
