Refund Policy

The short version. 7-day no-questions-asked refund window from your purchase date, provided production hasn't started. After that, refunds are at Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd's discretion — but we'd much rather deliver great work than refund you.

1. 7-day window (no questions asked). Within 7 calendar days of purchase, if we have not yet begun production on your order, you can request a full refund by emailing info@klipdash.com with your Paddle order ID. We'll process within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.

2. After production starts. Once we have committed time, AI compute, and tooling to your project (typically once drafts are delivered around Day 3), the order is non-refundable as a matter of policy. We commit to delivering 10 final reels that meet the brief, within the agreed revision rounds — that's our side of the deal.

3. Quality guarantee. If after using your full revision allowance you are genuinely unsatisfied with delivered Reels, we will re-shoot up to 3 reels at no additional charge. We do not refund "I changed my mind" or "the ads didn't perform" — ad performance depends on offer, targeting, and budget, none of which Klipdash controls.

4. Retainer subscriptions. You can cancel a Retainer subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. We do not refund partial months once production for that month's batch has started. The current month's 10 reels will still be delivered.

5. Chargebacks. Please email us first before raising a chargeback — we are responsive and usually able to resolve issues directly. Unjustified chargebacks (e.g. for delivered work outside the 7-day window) may be disputed with Paddle.

6. Statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country (for example UK/EU "distance selling" rights) gives you stronger refund rights than this policy, those laws apply. By starting your brief, you expressly request that we begin performance of the service immediately — and you acknowledge this may limit any statutory cooling-off rights once production has started.
