Privacy Policy

1. Who we are. Klipdash is operated by Pypkar Industries (Pty) Ltd ("we"), a South African company. This policy explains what we collect and why. We aim for "as little as possible".

2. What we collect.

• Order data: name, email, billing country, and Paddle order ID, provided to us by Paddle when you check out.
• Brief content: the brand info, product info, scripts, and assets you send us to produce your Reels.
• Email correspondence: when you email us about a project.
• We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools on klipdash.com.

3. Why we collect it. To deliver the Reels you bought, send receipts, support you, and meet our tax/accounting obligations. That's it — we don't sell or share your data with marketers.

4. Lawful basis. Contract performance (to deliver the service you purchased), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and our legitimate interests (responding to your emails, preventing fraud). For South African customers, processing is under POPIA on the same bases.

5. Sub-processors we use.

• Paddle.com — payments and invoicing (acts as merchant of record).
• Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection for this website.
• Email providers — to send you receipts and project updates.
• AI tooling vendors — used to produce your Reels. Brand inputs you send may be processed through these tools strictly to produce your order.

6. Retention. Order records: kept for 7 years for tax compliance. Brief content and assets: kept for 12 months after delivery so we can revisit if you re-order, then deleted on request. Emails: kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete.

7. Your rights. Under GDPR (if you're in the EU/UK) and POPIA (if you're in South Africa) you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. Email info@klipdash.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers. Pypkar operates from South Africa; some sub-processors are based in the EU and US. By using Klipdash you agree to those transfers happening to deliver the service.

9. Cookies. klipdash.com does not set tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout overlay may set its own cookies — see Paddle's privacy notice.
