What you get

What "approved brief" means

The 7-day clock starts when your Klipdash onboarding form is submitted and all required fields (logo, product photos, audience, benefits) are complete. If we have to come back to you with questions, the clock pauses until you reply.


Revisions

Included (1 round, free)

Submitting revisions

Reply to the delivery email with a list of which reels (by filename) need what change. One consolidated list — not a back-and-forth thread. Revision turnaround is 3 business days from receipt of the consolidated notes.

Not included (paid add-ons, $50 / reel)

All add-on work is quoted in writing before any production starts. No surprises.


Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. See Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms for additional buyer protections.

Copyright and ownership


AI disclosure

We use AI tools throughout production:

What we don't do: no deepfakes of real people (yours or anyone else's), no AI-generated faces presented as real testimonials, no claims that an AI-generated video is "real customer footage". By submitting a brief, you confirm you're okay with AI-augmented content being delivered.


Turnaround

Force majeure

We rely on third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.). If a provider goes down for >12 hours during your production window, your delivery may shift by 1-2 days. We'll notify you the same day it happens and won't bill for the delay. If a provider outage exceeds 5 days and we cannot deliver, you get a full refund — no questions.

Merchant of Record

Klipdash uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record. This means:

This is industry-standard for SaaS and digital services. Klipdash itself is a brand of Pypkar Industries.


Disputes

We'd rather solve it via email than via lawyers. Email info@klipdash.com first — we usually resolve issues within 24 hours. If we can't agree, payment disputes go to Paddle's resolution process. For anything beyond payment, disputes are handled under the jurisdiction where Pypkar Industries is registered.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Your order is governed by the policy in effect on the day you paid — not the version live on the site when something goes wrong.
